Best PA college for political science?

I'm interested in studying political science and would love to stay in Pennsylvania for college. Can anyone recommend some of the best colleges here for this major? Looking for campuses with strong programs and opportunities.

There are several excellent colleges for political science in Pennsylvania you might want to consider.

University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) is one of them. UPenn offers a strong political science program with a robust curriculum that includes international relations and political theory. As an Ivy League institution, UPenn's faculty includes experts in the field who can provide insight beyond the textbooks.

If you're interested in small liberal arts colleges, Swarthmore College has an excellent reputation for political science. Its rigorous curriculum equips students for careers in law, public service, international development, and many other fields.

Carnegie Mellon University is known for its interdisciplinary approach to education and its political science program is no exception. You'll explore theory and practice, and have multiple research opportunities.

Pennsylvania State University - University Park also offers a well-rounded program with a large faculty - providing a diverse range of subfields.

Each of these schools provides opportunities for internships and research, which can be a huge benefit for your learner experience and future career. As always, it's important to visit these campuses (if possible), explore their specific curricula, and decide where you feel you would fit best. Just because a program is strong doesn't necessarily mean it will be the right fit for you.
