Here are some universities known for their excellent Chemical Engineering programs:

1. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT): MIT has one of the best engineering programs globally. Its Chemical Engineering program is renowned, integrating biology, chemistry, and physics classes with extensive research opportunities.

2. University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley): A top public university with a strong engineering faculty. Students in the chemical engineering program can choose between tracks that focus on Chemical Process Engineering or Chemical Science.

3. California Institute of Technology (Caltech): Allows undergrad students to conduct research under the guidance of their world-class faculty. It's fairly small, allowing for high-level of attention from professors.

4. Stanford University: Known for its interdisciplinary approach which includes the application of chemical engineering principles to health and energy challenges.

5. University of Texas, Austin (UT Austin): Aside from core curriculum, the students gain hands-on lab experience and the opportunity to participate in research.

6. University of Wisconsin–Madison (UW Madison): They offer a broad curriculum for chemical engineering which includesbiochemical, materials science, environmental, pharmaceutical, and traditional chemical engineering tracks.

7. University of Minnesota Twin Cities: Offers the bonus of cooperative programs that combine classroom studies with paid work experience.

Remember, though, the best college for you will also depend on other factors such as location, cost, size, and culture fit, so make sure to consider these when making your choice! Good luck!
