There are multiple esteemed engineering programs in the USA that have a proven track record of international student support.

1. MIT: Known for its exceptional engineering programs, MIT also has a diverse student body with a significant portion of international attendees. They have various student organizations dedicated to celebrating and supporting international cultures, such as Sangam, a student-run organization for Indian culture.

2. Stanford University: Stanford's School of Engineering also ranks highly. The school has a comprehensive Bechtel International Center, which supports all international students. Their Sanskriti club promotes Indian culture and facilitates bonding among Indian students.

3. University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign: This university has one of the biggest international student communities in the U.S. Its Grainger College of Engineering is highly distinguished, and the university also has a vibrant Indian Student Association.

4. Michigan State University: Known for its excellent College of Engineering, MSU also strives to create a diverse and inclusive environment. They host several cultural events and clubs centered around Indian culture, like the Indian Students Organization.

5. Purdue University: Purdue's College of Engineering is well-regarded and hosts numerous students from different countries. The Purdue Indian Student Association helps Indian students transition to life at Purdue and organizes several cultural events throughout the year.

Before deciding, do your research on each school’s engineering programs and the resources they offer to international students. These might include advising, cultural events, language assistance, and financial aid options. You can usually find this information on the college's website or by reaching out to the university's international student office. And of course, also consider the culture and environment of the campus, the location, and whether you think you would be happy there.

Good luck with your college search and applications!
