What does a navy person do daily in their job?

I'm considering joining the Navy after high school and I'm really curious about what a typical day looks like for someone in the Navy. Can anyone provide some insights into the daily responsibilities and tasks?

Days usually begin early in the Navy, often around 6.00 AM, with a reveille or wake-up call. This is followed by a period of physical training, reinforcing the Navy's commitment to physical readiness.

Breakfast is next, followed usually by a daily meeting or muster where assignments for the day are distributed, and updates or instructions from senior officers are given.

Work duties follow breakfast and might involve duties specific to the sailor's job rating - for example, a Machinist's Mate might work on maintaining and operating machinery, an Information Systems Technician could be working on computer systems, or a Hospital Corpsman may be providing medical treatment to fellow crew members.
