Top US universities for architecture?

I'm interested in studying architecture and want to apply to some of the best universities in the USA. Which schools are considered top-tier for architecture? I'd love some recommendations based on both reputation and resources.

For a strong Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program, Ivy League's Cornell University is known for its rigorous and highly-ranked architecture program. The program focuses on design and professional practice, combined with critical thinking and broad liberal education.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)'s architecture department is also highly regarded and offers a great mix of technical, creative, and theoretical courses.

California Polytechnic State University (CalPoly) in San Luis Obispo's College of Architecture and Environmental Design also boasts one of the country's top-ranked B.Arch programs with a practical, learn-by-doing philosophy. This offers a great blend of technical and design-based learning.

Then there's the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), which offers an innovative and distinctive approach to architectural education, with a strong focus on contemporary issues, creative speculation, and experimental construction.

Another university to consider is the University of Texas at Austin. Their School of Architecture offers a strong program that embraces sustainable design practices.

Lastly, Rice University School of Architecture emphasizes research and theoretical design as part of its B.Arch program, which can be a particularly interesting route if you're interested in the intersection of practical design and theory.

These are just a few examples, and there are many other schools with strong architecture programs out there! Remember to consider factors like location, size, culture, and financial aspects in addition to the architecture program itself when applying to colleges.
