2. Update them on anything new and significant that has happened since you submitted your application, and isn't reflected in your application already. This could be an improvement in your GPA, new leadership roles, new awards, or other notable achievements.

3. Highlight your growth. You could discuss how you've made use of the time since you submitted your application, the lessons you've learned, or how you've challenged yourself.

4. Mention specifics about their college that continue to make it your top choice. Maybe you attended a virtual lecture that solidified your interest in a specific major or heard about a club or activity that aligns with your goals.
