QuestBridge Non-Finalist: Can You Apply Regular Decision?

If you weren't chosen as a finalist for QuestBridge, are you still eligible to apply through their Regular Decision path? I want to continue pursuing this option if possible, and would love guidance on how to approach it.

Absolutely, as a QuestBridge Non-Finalist, you still have a distinctive opportunity to apply to the partner colleges through QuestBridge Regular Decision (RD). This pathway can give you the advantage of having your application reviewed with the context that QuestBridge provides, including your socio-economic background.

When applying through QuestBridge RD, you won't need to submit a new application – QuestBridge will send your National College Match application directly to the colleges you indicate interest in on your QuestBridge Regular Decision Form.

For the form itself, it opens in early December and must be submitted by late December (the deadlines vary year by year, so be sure to check on the QuestBridge website). You're free to select as many QuestBridge college partners as you'd like, but ensure to review each college's specific requirements as additional materials may be required.

So, the process is fairly straightforward: Fill out and submit your QuestBridge Regular Decision Form, send any supplementary materials as required by each college, and then wait for decisions to come out, typically in March. Best of luck on your journey!
