Hello there! All campuses of the University of California, which includes UC San Diego, use the same application and follow the same application schedule. The application filing period in which you may submit your application is from October 1 to November 30. This aligns more with what other colleges consider their "Early Action" or "Early Decision" deadlines, but for UC schools, November 30 is the only deadline. They do not have a separate regular decision application period.
Please keep in mind that the deadline on November 30 refers to the time by which your online application must be submitted.
