Tampa regular decision deadline details?

I want to apply to the University of Tampa and I’m a bit confused about their regular decision deadline. Has anyone applied there and knows when exactly the regular decision applications are due?

The University of Tampa utilizes a rolling admissions process after their Regular Decision deadline of February 1, which means that after that date, they continue to accept and review applications until all spots in the incoming class have been filled. However, for the strongest consideration for admission and scholarships, the University of Tampa recommends submitting your application the February 1 deadline.
