Does Auburn University offer rolling admissions?

I'm interested in applying to Auburn University and heard they might have rolling admissions. Is that true? If so, how should I plan my application timeline, and does applying earlier increase my chances of acceptance?

Auburn University does not offer rolling admissions. Instead, they follow a more traditional application timeline. The university has set deadlines for both their Early Action and Regular Decision admissions.

For the 2024-2025 application cycle, the Early Action deadlines fall between mid-September and mid-November, and Regular Decision deadline is February 1. If you apply by the Early Action deadline, you'll hear back between mid-October and mid-December. Regular Decision applicants can expect a response around early March.

As for the second part of your question, applying earlier does not necessarily increase your chances of acceptance, but it does give you the benefit of learning your admission decision sooner. It's also important to know that some specific programs or scholarships at Auburn may have their own separate deadlines, so you'll want to double-check those dates if you're interested in any of them. Always aim to submit your application well before the deadlines if possible, allowing ample time for any unforeseen circumstances.

Remember to focus on the quality of your application, ensuring all sections are complete and you've put your best foot forward, as this can have the biggest impact on your chances of acceptance.
