Rolling admissions at Pace University?

I'm considering applying to Pace University and trying to figure out if they offer rolling admissions. If anyone has insight into their application process, I'd really appreciate it.

Pace University operates on a rolling admissions basis. For the Early Action program, students typically have to submit their application by November 1st. Generally, students hear back from Pace University by mid-December if they apply for Early Action. For the Regular Decision program, applicants will be notified on a rolling basis after the application deadline of February 15th, with decisions often announced by early April. Please note: your application for admission also serves as your application for a Pace Merit Scholarship Award.
