Create a school-specific checklist that includes things like deadlines (for applications, scholarship applications, financial aid, etc.), essay topics, recommendation letters, and any other requirements. This way, you won't have to continuously worry about whether you've missed something.

2. Develop a Schedule: Break down all the tasks you need to accomplish into smaller, manageable chunks. This can be really helpful in making things feel less overwhelming. Plan well in advance which days you'll work on different parts of the application.

3. Practice Self-Care: Make sure to take care of your physical and mental health. Regular exercise, a good night's sleep, and a balanced diet can go a long way in managing stress. Developing a routine that incorporates mindful activities like yoga or meditation can also be grounding.
