Colleges still accepting transfer applications

I've missed a few deadlines and I'm wondering if there are any colleges still accepting transfer applications for the upcoming semester. Any leads on schools with late deadlines?

Certainly! There are several colleges that have rolling admissions, meaning they accept applications until all spots are filled. While most schools with rolling admissions tend to be less selective, there are a few more selective colleges with this policy: Michigan State University, University of Pittsburgh, and St. John's University (New York).

There are a few more colleges that haven't passed their final transfer deadline, like University of Houston, which accepts transfers until June 3rd for the fall term and November 1st for spring term; University of Missouri, which accepts applications until August 1st for the fall term; and University of Arizona, which allows transfers up until the first day of classes each term—you’ll want to apply earlier to avoid missing out on opportunities for housing and financial aid.

Lastly, some community colleges and online programs, which work under open admissions policies, accept students on a rolling basis throughout the year.

These are just a few examples, so I would recommend that you research prospective schools individually to get the most accurate information. Also, make sure to check the college's transfer credit policy to ensure your credits are eligible for transfer.

Remember to have your transcripts, essay, and any letters of recommendation ready to make the application process as smooth as possible. Good luck on your transfer journey!
