What's the Application Deadline for CUNY Borough of Manhattan Community College?

I'm interested in applying to the Borough of Manhattan Community College through CUNY and don't wanna miss the deadline. Can anyone confirm when it's due and if there's anything I should be aware of during the application process?

The CUNY system operates on a rolling admissions basis, meaning they continually accept and review applications until all spaces in the incoming class are filled. However, CUNY recommends applicants to apply by February 1st for the Fall semester and September 15th for the Spring semester to ensure that their application gets a thorough review and to have the best chance of receiving financial aid.

When completing the application, make sure to fill out all sections completely and accurately. If you're a high school student, you'll need to submit your high school transcript. If you're a transfer student, you'll need to submit transcripts from all colleges you have attended. And remember, there's an application fee, so make sure you're prepared for that.

Also, please note that while SAT or ACT scores aren't required for Borough of Manhattan Community College, they could possibly help place you in the correct level of coursework, especially for Math and English, so it could be beneficial to include them if you have them.

Additionally, if financial aid is a factor for you, remember to complete the FAFSA to see if you’re eligible for any need-based financial aid. The sooner you complete and submit your FAFSA, the better, as some aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lastly, keep an eye on your email after you have submitted your application. The college may reach out requesting additional information or documentation, and prompt responses will ensure that your application remains on track. Good luck with your application!
