What are the basic transfer requirements for Bates College?

I'm planning to transfer to Bates College next year, and I could use some help understanding their basic requirements for transfer students. Are there specific prerequisites I need to be aware of before applying?

Bates College has a specific transfer policy, and here are some basic requirements you need to fulfill:

1. You should be in good standing at the last college attended and eligible to return.

2. Although there is no minimum college GPA requirement, Bates considers applicants who demonstrate a high level of academic achievement. Typically, successful candidates present a grade point average of 'B' or better in a challenging college curriculum.

3. Bates requires a college official's report from every college you've attended, whether or not you've received credit. This should be sent directly by the college official, usually a Dean of Students or Registrar.

4. Official transcripts from all colleges you've attended: You must submit transcripts regardless of whether you've received credit from those institutions. If a course was completed and a grade has been assigned, it must be reported on your application.
