Which state has the best community college transfer programs?

I'm currently at a community college and considering transferring, but I want to make sure I go to a state with awesome transfer programs. Any recommendations on which states are known for this?

There are several states known for their community college transfer programs, but California stands out as one of the best. Both the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems have an established transfer pathway from California Community Colleges, known as the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) Program.

In the UC system, Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) offers guaranteed admission to one of six UC campuses for community college students who meet certain requirements. Additionally, the UC system offers the Transfer Pathways, a single set of courses you can take to prepare for your major on any UC campus.

For the State University system, the CSU ADT Program guarantees admission into a CSU campus for any community college student who completes an associate degree for transfer in a similar major subject. Students with an ADT are given priority admission.
