How do transfer credits work at Cazenovia College?

I'm thinking about transferring to Cazenovia College and I'm curious about their process for evaluating transfer credits. How strict are they and is the process straightforward?

Cazenovia College has a fairly clear policy for evaluating transfer credits. They will accept credits for courses in which you received a grade of "C-" or better from regionally accredited institutions. You will need to submit your official transcript(s) for evaluation. Generally, they try to find equivalent courses in their catalog, but if the course doesn't have an exact match at Cazenovia, it may still transfer as an elective.

For some specific degrees or courses, you might find that there are more stringent requirements -- some majors might require a higher grade or for the course content to exactly match. Also, bear in mind that while they accept a maximum of 70 credits from a two-year college, you can transfer up to 90 credits from a four-year institution. If you have completed an associate degree program at a regionally accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.0, you will have met all 100 level LAS Core and Elective requirements, the Diversity and Social Justice category of the 200 Level LAS Core and two Physical Education Courses.

To be considered for junior status, transfer students must present a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit. Notably, at least 30 of the final 45 semester hours must be earned at Cazenovia College.
