Best community colleges for transferring to a four-year university?

With plans to start at a community college and later transfer, I'd love to hear opinions on which community colleges, in general, are known for successful transfer paths to universities.

The idea of starting at a community college and then transferring to a four-year university is a great way to save money while still obtaining your degree. Here are a few community colleges that have established reputations for successfully transferring students.

Firstly, Santa Monica College in California has a very strong reputation when it comes to transferring students to universities. They've had extensive success in transferring their students to University of California schools such as UCLA and UC Berkeley.
