Sending Official Transcripts for NYU Transfer

I'm in the process of applying to NYU as a transfer student. Does anyone know the best way to send my official transcripts to them? Should I use an electronic service or mail them directly? Looking for advice on what worked best.

As a transfer student, it certainly helps to know the most efficient process for sending your documents. Fortunately, New York University (NYU) provides multiple methods for you to submit your official transcripts.

The most preferable and faster way is to use electronic submission services provided by your current institution, such as National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, or other similar services. This provides a secure and efficient way to ensure your documents are delivered.

However, if your school doesn't participate in electronic delivery, NYU still accepts traditional mail sent directly from your institution. This takes longer due to physical delivery and processing times.

Regardless of the method chosen, keep in mind that the transcripts must come directly from your school to be considered official. So, be sure to coordinate with your school's registrar's office on the best method for you based on their services. Best of luck with your application!
