Advice on transferring from junior college to UC Berkeley?

I'm trying to map out my path from a junior college to UC Berkeley. Could anyone provide guidance on what's required and what makes a strong Berkeley transfer application? I'm especially curious about their GPA expectations and any particular prerequisites.
