Transfer Credits to Saint Anselm College?

Trying to figure out how Saint Anselm College handles transfer credits. Are they pretty lenient, or is it challenging to get courses accepted? Any advice from current or former students would help me plan things out better.

It's important to understand that the acceptance of transfer credits often depends on the specific courses you took and whether they align with the course content at Saint Anselm College.

Typically, courses that align well with a similar course at Saint Anselm and for which you received a grade of C- or above are more likely to be accepted. These credits can be used towards general education requirements, major requirements, or even just electives.

It's also worth noting that there's usually a maximum number of credits that can be transferred, so depending on how many credits you're hoping to transfer, some may not count toward your graduation requirements at Saint Anselm.

If you haven't already done so, I'd highly encourage you to reach out directly to the Registrar's Office or the Admissions Office at Saint Anselm College. They'll be able to provide the most accurate and updated information regarding transfer credits. Provide them with your transcripts and, if possible, the syllabus or detailed course descriptions for the classes you're hoping to transfer.

Please keep in mind that while I'm giving general advice, the actual process and standards for accepting transfer credits can vary greatly by institution. It's always best to make contact with the school directly for guidance.
