What does it take to get into Stanford?

Hey folks! I've been dreaming about going to Stanford for years now, but I'm not exactly sure what they're looking for in applicants. Can anyone shed some light on the criteria for getting accepted into Stanford? GPA, extracurriculars, and tests scores are definitely a factor, but are there any other aspects I should pay attention to?
