Is USC considered an Ivy League?

Hi! I was just wondering if USC is considered an Ivy League school. I know it has a great reputation, but I can't find solid information about it being an Ivy. Can somebody help me out?

Hi! USC, or the University of Southern California, is not considered an Ivy League school. The Ivy League is a group of eight prestigious schools in the northeastern United States, comprising Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, and Yale.

While USC is a top-tier university with a great reputation and strong academic programs, it is not part of the Ivy League. The term "Ivy League" refers specifically to these eight institutions, which share a history of athletic competition and have become known for their academic excellence and selectivity.

Keep in mind that there are many prestigious schools like Stanford, MIT, Duke, and indeed USC that provide an exceptional education, despite not being part of the Ivy League.
