Duke Trinity vs Pratt

Hi guys, I'm a junior and currently researching colleges. I realized Duke has two different undergraduate schools: Trinity College of Arts & Sciences and Pratt School of Engineering. Can someone explain the main differences between these two schools and if I need to apply to them separately?
