Hey there! It's fantastic that you're interested in studying aviation technology. Here are a few schools that are known for their excellent aviation programs:

1. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Prescott, AZ; Daytona Beach, FL): Embry-Riddle is one of the top choices for anybody seeking a degree in aviation. With locations in both Arizona and Florida, they have various programs available, including Aeronautical Science and Aerospace Engineering. The university has strong industry connections and state-of-the-art facilities.

2. Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN): Purdue's College of Engineering is well-regarded, and their School of Aviation and Transportation Technology offers undergraduate and graduate programs. They're known for their state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, practical, hands-on training, and strong industry connections.

3. University of North Dakota (Grand Forks, ND): UND boasts the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences, offering programs such as Airport Management, Air Traffic Control, and Aviation Technology Management. They have a comprehensive curriculum, a modern fleet of aircraft, and advanced simulation technology.

4. Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI): WMU's College of Aviation offers undergraduate programs in Aviation Flight Science, Aviation Management and Operations, and Aviation Technical Operations. Their programs focus on combining academics with hands-on experience and emphasize industry partnerships.

5. Ohio State University (Columbus, OH): OSU's Center for Aviation Studies offers degrees in Aviation Management, Air Transportation, and Professional Pilot, along with aviation minors. They provide training using both simulators and real aircraft, and have a strong commitment to research and development.

Of course, there are other great schools out there with strong aviation programs, but these are some of the top choices to consider.
