Hi there! It's fantastic that you're interested in anthropology. There are quite a few schools well-regarded for their anthropology programs, but I'll give you a shortlist of some top options to consider:

1. Harvard University: The Department of Anthropology at Harvard is one of the top programs in the country, with numerous renowned faculty members and a wide range of research opportunities. They offer concentrations in Archaeology, Social Anthropology, and Linguistic Anthropolgy.

2. University of Chicago: UChicago's Anthropology department is also highly regarded and offers concentrations in Sociocultural Anthropology, Archaeology, and Linguistic Anthropology.

3. Stanford University: Stanford's Anthropology program is known for its focus on applied anthropology, and they offer both B.A. and B.S. degrees, which could be attractive if you’re interested in taking a more STEM-centered approach to the field. They have a course structure that allows students to concentrate their studies in one of several areas, including Biological, Archaeological, or Social and Cultural Anthropology.

4. University of Michigan: The University of Michigan offers a well rounded program in which you can focus your studies on Cultural, Linguistic, or Biological Anthropology.

5. University of Pennsylvania: UPenn's Department of Anthropology has a strong interdisciplinary focus and offers programs in Socio-Cultural Anthropology, Archaeology, and Biological Anthropology.

6. University of California, Berkeley: UC Berkeley is another great option with a strong Anthropology department, where students can focus on Archaeology, Social-Cultural Anthropology, Linguistic Anthropology, or Biological Anthropology.

7. Columbia University: Columbia's program allows students to focus on one of five areas: Archaeology, Sociocultural Anthropology, Bioanthropology, Linguistic Anthropology, and Applied Anthropology.

Keep in mind that these are just some of the many schools offering excellent anthropology programs, and it's essential to find the right fit academically, socially, and financially for your specific needs. Be sure to research each program thoroughly, explore course offerings and faculty profiles, and also consider factors like location, campus size, and available extracurricular opportunities to find the best match for you overall. Happy searching!
