Johns Hopkins: What do they look for?

Johns Hopkins is one of my dream schools, and I'm trying to understand what sets their successful applicants apart. What kind of qualities and experiences do they typically look for in their applicants? Any advice from current/former students or experts would be greatly appreciated!

In addition, competitive SAT or ACT scores (if submitted) will strengthen your application. While there is no specific score threshold, aim for scores within the middle 50% range of admitted students to be competitive.
