Accessing my disciplinary record?

Hey guys, I'm not sure how to see my disciplinary record from high school. Is there a way to access it online? Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello! High schools generally don't put disciplinary records online since they contain sensitive information, but you can contact your high school counselor or main office to request a copy of your disciplinary record. Explain the purpose of your request (e.g., for college applications) and ask if they'd be able to provide you with the relevant information.

While some schools only maintain records of disciplinary violations for a set number of years after you graduate, others may keep them indefinitely. If your school no longer has your record or if you're unable to contact your high school for some reason, you might consider reaching out to the school district's administration office for assistance.

Remember that some colleges and universities ask for disciplinary information as a part of their application requirements. In that case, it's essential to provide accurate information and be prepared to explain any disciplinary issues if prompted.
