Hey there! Writing a good college essay can vary depending on the person, but it's always good to give yourself plenty of time to brainstorm, draft, and revise. Some students might take a few days, while others could take weeks or even months. Personally, my child spent about a month working on their essay, dedicating a few hours each week to brainstorming, writing, and refining.

I'd recommend starting by brainstorming topics that showcase your unique personality, strengths, and growth. Once you have a solid idea, set aside dedicated time to draft your essay. Make sure to give yourself breaks and reflect on the content before revising. It's also great to get feedback from others, like teachers or family members, to help refine and polish your essay.
