SAT Score requirements for Bright Futures Scholarship?

I'm looking to apply for the Bright Futures Scholarship, but I'm unsure about the SAT Score requirements. Can anyone tell me the required SAT Score for it?

The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program has multiple award levels, each with its own SAT score requirements. Keep in mind that these requirements are subject to change, so it's always a good idea to double-check the official Bright Futures website for the most up-to-date information. Here are the SAT score requirements for the awards as of now:

1. Florida Academic Scholars (FAS): To qualify for the FAS award, you'll need a minimum SAT score of 1340.

2. Florida Medallion Scholars (FMS): For the FMS award, the minimum SAT score requirement is 1210.

In addition to SAT scores, there are other requirements for each award, such as GPA and volunteer service hours. The FAS award typically requires a higher GPA and more volunteer hours than the FMS award. Additionally, you must be a Florida resident, graduate from a Florida high school, and enroll in a Florida postsecondary institution to be eligible for these scholarships.

Remember that these are only the minimum SAT scores to be considered for these scholarships and meeting the minimum requirement does not guarantee that you'll receive the award. It's always a good idea to aim for higher scores if possible to strengthen your application. Good luck with your Bright Futures Scholarship application!
