Where can I view my SAT scores?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this whole college admissions process. I just took the SAT and I'm not sure where or how to check my scores. Can someone help me out? Thanks!

Hello! To view your SAT scores, you'll need to visit the College Board website. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to access your scores:

1. Go to the College Board website (www.collegeboard.org) and click "Sign In" on the top right corner.

2. Enter your login credentials. If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one by clicking "Sign Up" and following the prompts.

3. Once you're logged in, click on "My SAT" in the dashboard menu or look for the "SAT Scores" section.

4. You should now see your SAT scores listed. If they are not yet available, there will be a message indicating when scores are expected to be released.

Keep in mind that SAT scores are typically released about two weeks after the exam date, so if you've recently taken the test, you may have to wait a bit before you can access your scores.

Once your scores are available, you can also send them to colleges directly through the College Board website. Don't forget that some colleges allow you to self-report your scores on your application, which means you won't need to send official score reports unless you're accepted and choose to enroll. Self-reporting can save you money, as there's a fee for sending in your score report.

Good luck with your college applications, and I hope you're happy with your SAT scores, whenever they arrive!
