How to View ACT Scores?

Hey everyone, I just took the ACT and I'm anxious about my scores. How do I find out my ACT score and when are they typically available? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi there! I understand that waiting for test scores can be a nerve-wracking experience, but no worries, I'll walk you through the process of viewing your ACT scores.

ACT scores are usually released within 10-14 days after the test date. However, it may take up to 8 weeks for writing scores, if you took the ACT with Writing. To check your scores, follow these steps:

1. Visit the ACT website (act.org).

2. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner.

3. Sign in to your ACT account using the username and password you created when registering for the test. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to do so.

4. Once logged in, click on "Your Test Dates and Scores" in the dashboard.

5. Your available scores will be displayed on this page. If your scores are not yet available, keep checking back, as they are released incrementally during the score release window.

Make sure to be patient, as the exact release date and time may vary depending on factors such as the volume of test-takers and the time it takes to process scores. Good luck, and I hope you achieved the score you were aiming for!
