Hi everyone, UC Davis is pretty high on my college list. Can someone please tell me the average SAT score needed for a better chance of getting accepted? Thanks!
Hi there! For the 2024-2025 application cycle, UC Davis, along with all the other University of California schools, is test-blind, which means they do not consider SAT or ACT scores at all during their admissions process. With that in mind, you won't need an SAT score for a better chance of getting accepted to UC Davis.
Instead, focus on other aspects of your application such as your academic performance, extracurricular activities, essay responses, and recommendation letters. Ensure that you're taking challenging courses like honors or AP classes to demonstrate your academic rigor and interest in your field of study. Also, make sure to get involved in extracurricular activities and demonstrate leadership, commitment, and passion in your interests. Lastly, write strong essays that showcase your personality, experiences, and goals, and ask for recommendation letters from teachers or other figures who know you well and can speak to your strengths.
Best of luck with your college applications!
