Hey everyone, I'm planning to send my ACT scores to some colleges soon. Does anyone know what the fees are for sending these scores? And is there a way to send them for free if I meet certain criteria or something like that?
The fees for sending your ACT scores are as follows: When you register for the ACT, you're allowed to send your score report to four colleges for free. These four colleges must be selected before the test day (up until 11:59 PM Central Time on the Thursday following the regularly scheduled Saturday test date). For each additional score report you want to send, there's a fee of $18.50 per recipient.
If you think you may be eligible for a fee waiver due to financial constraints, the ACT does provide fee waivers for up to 20 additional score reports. To be eligible, you must have received a fee waiver for the ACT test itself, which means you need to meet the income eligibility requirements. If you have already received a fee waiver for the test, you can request these additional free score reports by talking to your high school counselor or college advisor. Keep in mind that fee waivers for score reports can only be used by eligible students who tested with a fee waiver and are currently in high school.
