Hey all, I'm currently a junior exploring different colleges and I've come across Franklin Pierce University. Does anyone know whether they are a D1 school? I'm really interested due to my commitment to my sport. Any info is welcomed!
Franklin Pierce University is not a Division I (D1) school, it actually competes in the Northeast-10 Conference of Division II (D2) of the NCAA. They offer a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, and others. These D2 sports can still be quite competitive, so if you're interested in continuing with your sport while at university, Franklin Pierce University can certainly provide that opportunity. Remember, the division status of a school does not solely determine the quality of its athletic programs, so I would recommend checking out what they have to offer, perhaps by reaching out to coaches or current athletes to get a feel for the program.
