Human Resources Major Universities?

Hello!!! Super stressed junior here! So I've been really considering majoring in Human Resources, but I have no idea which schools have a good program for it? Do any of you guys know? I'd be so thankful for the help.

Absolutely, happy to help! There are several universities known for having strong programs in Human Resources.

One such institution is Michigan State University, which offers both a BA and a Master's in Human Resource Management. This program is part of their Broad College of Business, which is highly regarded.

You can also consider New York University, which offers a BS in Leadership and Management Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management through the School of Professional Studies.

Another is the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where you can get a Bachelor's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

If you're interested in private institutions, consider Villanova University, which has an esteemed program where one can major in Business Administration with a co-major in Human Resources.

Although it's not strictly human resources, Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations is a popular choice for students interested in human and industrial relations.

All of these programs offer excellent educational foundations and will expose you to experienced faculty members, networking opportunities, and internships that could shape your future career.

Remember, selecting a college is about more than just the program – also consider factors such as the location, campus culture, financial aid packages, and opportunities for extracurricular activities and internships.

Take some time to do a thorough research, visit the campuses (virtually or in-person), and perhaps reach out to current students or alumni to get a feel for the program and the overall college experience. Best of luck!
