The University of Miami is located in Coral Gables, Florida. Nestled right next to Miami, one of the most vibrant and multicultural cities in the country, Coral Gables is a city in Miami-Dade County. It's historical, Mediterranean-style campus with warm weather year-round can be a nice change of pace if you're used to colder, Midwestern winters. Access to Miami also opens up opportunities to connect with various industries, enjoy the city's rich culture and cuisine, and explore the local beaches. Keep in mind, however, that a change in location also comes with a change in culture and lifestyle, so I'd encourage you to visit, if possible, to see if you feel comfortable in the environment.
