Hey guys! I've been doing a lot of research about colleges recently and I'm really intrigued by UAH. But before making my decision, I'd love to hear what you think. Is UAH a good school?
Respondent 1:
UAH is quite well-regarded, particularly when it comes to its engineering and science programs. Its location in Huntsville, or "Rocket City," positions it near a multitude of technology and aerospace companies, providing students with excellent opportunities for internships and jobs post-graduation. Plus, UAH has a relatively small student body providing a more intimate learning environment.
Respondent 2:
Yes, UAH is an excellent school! The campus is beautiful and the strong STEM programs are particularly noteworthy. Also, given the presence of NASA and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, UAH is an excellent choice if you're interested in space sciences or aerospace engineering. Being involved in these disciplines at UAH could lead to some really unique opportunities.
Respondent 3:
I think UAH is a solid choice. It's got a really strong curriculum in the hard sciences and engineering fields which are bolstered by connections with organizations in Huntsville, like NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center and the Cummings Research Park. I've heard good things about the on-campus facilities too. They even added a new residence hall in 2019 which can make your first-year experience quite comfortable. Overall, if you're looking for a school with a strong focus on STEM, UAH could be a good fit.
