What's the acceptance rate like at Lewis and Clark?

Hey everyone, I'm starting to look at potential colleges, so I've been doing some research. Recently came across Lewis and Clark and fell in love with what I've read so far. But, I'm kinda stressed about the whole admissions thing (aren't we all?), and I was wondering about their acceptance rate. Does anyone here know how tough it is to get in? Thanks for any insight you might have.

Lewis and Clark College, located in Portland, Oregon, is a private institution and has a relatively competitive admissions process. As per the recent data available, the acceptance rate at Lewis and Clark stands around 68%, meaning they accepted about two-thirds of their applicants.

However, remember that acceptance rates are just one part of the picture. The committee at Lewis and Clark, like at most colleges, takes a holistic view of the candidate. This means that they consider your academic scores, course rigor, extracurricular involvements, and recommendation letters, among other things, while making their decision. They want to ensure not just that you can handle the academics, but also contribute to the campus community in a meaningful way.

Remember, each application is unique, and these rates give you a general understanding of how selective the school is, but it does not mean you will or will not get in based on that number alone. What matters most is how well your profile matches what the college is looking for and how well you communicate that in your application.

So while you continue your research, also consider checking out other factors that might be important and relevant to you, like course offerings in your field of interest, the school's culture, or alumni success in your field. Good luck with your college search!
