Recommended science courses for junior year?

Hey everyone, I'm currently planning my course schedule for next year and I'm not sure what science class I should take during my junior year. I've already taken biology and chemistry. What do you guys think would be a good choice for a student interested in a STEM major?

Given that you’re interested in a STEM major, advancing your science coursework is definitely a wise move. Since you’ve covered the basics with biology and chemistry, taking physics would give you a solid foundation across the main science subjects. Physics will introduce you to concepts that are fundamental to engineering and other science-related fields. It'll also demonstrate to colleges that you're willing to challenge yourself academically.

If your school offers AP or IB science courses, consider taking one in your strongest science subject. For example, AP Biology or AP Chemistry could be a great way to show depth in a subject you enjoy and are good at. Also, explore courses related to specific interests you might have, like environmental science, computer science, or anatomy, if they are available.

Remember, it’s also important to maintain a balance with your overall schedule, so ensure that you're not overloading yourself to the point where your grades might suffer. Good luck with your junior year!
