Can your GPA change senior year?

Hello, I was wondering if your GPA can change significantly during senior year? I'm aiming for a boost in my GPA, but I'm not sure if the changes in my grades would make any difference at this stage. Any thoughts?

Of course, your GPA can still change during your senior year! While it's true that three years of grades are already on your transcript, your final year's grades can still make a difference, especially if you show an upward trend or are taking rigorous courses. Colleges often look at the rigor of your senior year courses and your performance in those courses. For example, if you are taking more advanced classes and earning high grades in them, it can positively impact your overall GPA and can be a strong signal to admissions committees about your readiness for college-level work. Do keep in mind that your cumulative GPA will be more resistant to large changes at this point simply because you've already completed a significant portion of your high school coursework. Small GPA increases can still have a positive impact, particularly if they reflect your improvement over time. Keep working hard and good luck!
