Georgetown SAT policy

Hey everyone, I'm prepping for my SAT and aiming for Georgetown. Actually kinda stressed, not gonna lie. What's their policy on the SAT? Do they super score or consider the highest section scores?

Hello! Yes, Georgetown University does superscore the SAT, which means they consider the highest section scores across all the dates you took the exam. So if you took the SAT multiple times, Georgetown will take your highest score for each section, regardless of the test date, to create a new, superscore composite. This is great for students as it allows you to focus on improving one section at a time if you choose to take the SAT multiple times. However, keep in mind that while your standardized test scores are certainly important, Georgetown, like many universities, employs a holistic review process. This means they'll also be considering other elements of your application like your GPA, course rigor, extracurricular involvement, and essays. Good luck with your preparations! The hard work will pay off in the end.
