Everyone, I think it might be useful to look at an ACT percentile chart for reference. Does anyone have a link to a reliable one?
I understand wanting to see where you stand percentile-wise with your ACT score. Unfortunately, since I can't provide a link, I'll share some of the percentile ranges based on ACT scores.
For instance, if your ACT composite score is around 36, you're in the 99+ percentile. For a score of 34 or 35, you're still in the 99 percentile. If your score is 31, you're around the 95th percentile. With a score of 27, you're in the 85th percentile, while a score of 24 puts you in the 74th percentile. Scoring a 21 puts you at around the 58th percentile, and a score of 18 puts you in around the 36th percentile. Finally, if your composite score is 16, you're in the 23rd percentile.
Keep in mind that percentiles can vary slightly each year, so this list is an approximate representation based on recent years. If you want the most accurate percentile information, it's best to directly check the ACT website or get in touch with them.
