What's the undergraduate admissions process like at Harvard?

Hey community, I've been looking into Harvard as one of my top college choices. I was hoping anyone could shed some light on the admissions process. What does Harvard emphasize in their process? Is it grades, character, extracurriculars or something else? Really appreciate any advice or pointers!
