Stanford's average SAT score?

Quick question, what's the average SAT score for Stanford? Just trying to gauge where I stand and how much I need to prep for the SATs.

Stanford will resume requiring either the SAT or ACT for undergraduate admission, beginning with students applying in the fall 2025 for admission to the Class of 2030. Stanford will remain test optional for students applying in the fall 2024 for admission to the Class of 2029. However, the middle 50% SAT score range for Stanford is generally between 1440 and 1570. This means that 50% of admitted students scored within this range. Remember, this is just one factor that Stanford considers when reviewing applications. Keep in mind that Stanford, like many other universities, has a holistic review process which takes into account your entire academic profile, including GPA, the rigor of your course load, and your extracurricular involvement, among other things. Many students who score within the stated range can still be rejected while those falling slightly below might still be accepted because of other remarkable attributes. So if your SAT scores are lower than expected, all is not lost! Make sure to shine in other areas like your essays or extracurriculars, which can be key components of your application. Good luck with your preparations!
