SAT Score Range for University of Virginia

I've been preparing for SAT and considering UVA as one of my top choices. Can someone share the typical SAT score range for admitted students there? Note, I know the SAT doesn't include an essay anymore.

For the University of Virginia (UVA), the middle 50% range of SAT scores for admitted students tends to be quite high due to the school's competitive nature. For the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section, students typically score between 690 and 750, while for the Math section, scores usually fall between 710 and 790.

Keep in mind, this means 25% of admitted students scored below this range and 25% scored above. It's also important to remember that while these scores are important, UVA will take into account many other aspects of your application as well, such as your GPA, course rigor, extracurriculars, essays, and other factors. They do practice a holistic review process.

Test-optional policies can sometimes change, so you should double-check UVA's current policy on their undergraduate admissions website or by contacting their admissions office directly. If it's test-optional, you can decide whether or not to submit your SAT scores based on how well you think they represent your academic ability. If your score falls in or above the middle 50% range, it could strengthen your application to submit it.
