Understanding UPenn's Standardized Test Requirements

Hey everyone, I've been considering applying to the University of Pennsylvania and I'm a bit confused on their standardized testing requirements. I know a lot of colleges have been going test-optional due to COVID. However, would it be more beneficial to submit my SAT scores or are they not considered as crucially during application evaluation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
