Harvard University, like many other highly selective schools, doesn't have a strict "minimum" SAT score. Instead, they publish the 25th - 75th percentile SAT scores of admitted students. The most recent data indicates that these scores range from about 1500 to 1580 out of a maximum of 1600.
However, understand that these ranges are only a part of the overall picture. The Harvard admissions committee doesn't only consider a candidate's SAT scores. Even if you score within the upper quartile of this range, admission is not guaranteed.
