Hey guys, I'm taking the SAT soon and I'm kinda confused about the scoring system after they changed it. What's the full score now?
The maximum score on the new, fully digital SAT is 1600. This score is composed of two main sections - Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, each worth up to 800 points. Regardless of the change in format, the scoring system remains the same in this respect. If you're preparing for the SAT, remember that understanding the structure and the types of questions asked can be as important as the raw knowledge you possess, so make sure to familiarize yourself with the format and do plenty of practice tests if you can. Good luck on your test preparation!
