Finding a college with co-op programs like Drexel's?

Currently a junior and super into the co-op program at Drexel because of the real-world experience I'd get. Does anyone know of other colleges with similar hands-on, co-op or internship programs, especially in engineering or tech fields? I want to make sure I'm not missing out on any options as I plan my visits.

The co-op program at Drexel is indeed a standout feature for students seeking experiential learning. If you're looking for similar offerings, Northeastern University is well-known for its extensive co-op program which integrates real-world experience with academic studies, especially within engineering and tech disciplines. Additionally, the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) provides robust co-op and internship programs where students in STEM fields can gain significant hands-on experience.

The University of Cincinnati is another institution that pioneered the co-op model and remains a strong contender in providing such learning elements within their curriculum. It's also beneficial to look into colleges that have strong ties with industries, such as Georgia Tech or Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as they often facilitate internships and co-ops even if they are not structured into the curriculum as a co-op program per se. Moreover, Purdue University and the University of Waterloo in Canada offer co-op programs recognized for their strength in engineering and technology. Do include these in your planning as you explore potential colleges to visit.
